Our friction welded drill rods are manufactured to API standard for DTH drilling and flushing using either air or water.

No-spin casing installer

With the no-spin casing installer a single rotary head is used to progress both auger and casing simultaneously.

Augers and casings are added at the same time. With this innovative and patented drill head the casing is undercut allowing it to be progressed at the same time as augering.

The combination of expanding drill head and free-running casing drive allows the dual progression without the necessity for increased torque drives whilst minimising drilling times.

Manufactured as standard for casing diameters up to 355 mm and auger diameter to 305 mm.
